    Let’s devote ourselves to gather together and worship the Eternal King of the Universe. Let’s break bread, encourage one another, surrender to the Lord of lords, and King of kings!

    Gingerbread Bash Saturday December 2 4-6 pm

     

    Hi everyone!
    Can you believe it? Christmas time is right around the corner!
     
    This year, we’ll be hosting a Christmas celebration that you and your family will NOT want to miss! It’s called “Gingerbread Bash” and it’ll be happening on December 2 4-6 pm at Cornerstone Baptist Church of Port St Lucie.
     
    “What’s a Gingerbread Bash?” you ask.
     

     

     
    It’s a gingerbread nativity building party designed for the whole family. In addition to building and decorating your own gingerbread nativity, you’ll get to play games, sing songs, hear the Christmas story from the Bible, and discover the good news of Jesus. It’s a truly sweet way for your family to celebrate the birth of our Savior!

    9 AM Bible Study: Seeing The Invisible Sundays Nov 12 – Dec 31

     

    Colossians 1

    15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. 17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. 18 And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.

    An entire realm exists and is actively operating all around us but our human eyes cannot see it. Like the wind which is very real and all around us, this invisible world has great impact on all of us. God reigns in heaven and is all powerful, all knowing, and present everywhere. Even the Holy Spirit, the third person of the Triune God, is spoken of in Hebrew by the word רוּחַ ruwach, from 07306; wind; (Strong’s Concordance). But His presence is overwhelming to humans.

    God’s messengers (angel 32 ἄγγελος aggelos) are revealed throughout the entire Bible and have great impact on humanity by helping God’s people. In contrast Satan and real malevolent aliens (fallen angels, demons, and strange monsters), seek to ruin humanity, because they revolted against God a long time ago, so their hate is deep and constantly seek to deceive and corrupt mankind.

    God’s angelic army is actively fighting against the hordes of these liars, false gods, and idols that mankind worships.

    And there are Cherubim, Seraphim, and a whole lot more!

    New Fall Events For 2023

    We can’t wait to meet you and your family at out 9th annual Fall Festival. We do not have a Halloween theme or activities. We have a positive and fun environment, and this year we are celebrating good superheroes, not evil villains. We encourage all children to pick out their own creative superhero idea and we hope you will help them create a cool costume that with express this GOOD trait!

    If you need ideas for good superhero characters see our banner above, or our Cornerstone Kids superhero Creed above. Try things like: brave, honest, fair, and names like Princess Patience, Lady Zest, etc.

    We are offering fun carnival type games in car trunks and also, outside games to win free candy and prizes. Our famous scavenger hunt will have new surprises, kids movies inside our building, and plenty of food and fun.

    Every Sunday at 10:30 am our Superheroes Kids Club meets and we teach the kids the difference between good and evil. We have lots of fun and serious teaching from the Bible on how to follow Jesus and build their habits on the Superhero Creed. If you are looking for some dedicated people who will come alongside of you to support your family in these trying days, we are here for you every week. We love our neighbors.

    Sundays August 13/20 A Special Bible Study “Why Ministries?” Led By Pastor Carl

     

    When spiritual babies grow up they no longer are satisfied with just coming to worship gatherings, enjoying music, and listening to sermons. Instead, they hunger to please their Lord and help others. This is not out of guilt, but a growing selfless, mature love for others. Jesus stated the foundational doctrine in Matthew 23:11, “But he who is greatest among you shall be your servant.”

    Paul explains the will of our Savior to all the Christians who lived in Ephesus.

    I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, 2 with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, 3 endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

    7 But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift.

    11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, 13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; 14 that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, 15 but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ— 16 from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.
