FRIDAY NIGHT MOVIE, ORDINARY ANGELS, 2026.06.26

Inspired by the incredible true story of a hairdresser who single-handedly rallies an entire community to help a widowed father save the life of his critically ill young daughter.

In 1994 Louisville, Kentucky, successful hairdresser and co-owner of a salon Sharon Stevens finds new purpose in life after reading about 5-year-old Michelle Schmitt. The girl who has just lost her mom urgently needs a liver transplant due to biliary atresia. Moved by Michelle’s plight, Sharon attends the funeral, introduces herself to the grieving family and offers her help.

Call your friends right away and have them join you in watching our emotional charged movie, ORDINARY ANGELS. Remember, that is Friday night, JUNE 26th, at 7:30 pm.

CELEBRATION SUNDAY MARCH 29 (SPECIAL EVENT TIME 9:30-11:30 AM)

A Sacred Gathering of Gratitude and Proclamation

    9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
“Let the redeemed of the Lord tell their story…” (Psalm 107:2)

A Morning Focused on our Responsibility to Endure All Things to Fulfill our Mission!

9:30 AM: Begin in worship as Pastor Carl opens Scripture, reminding us to endure through life’s trials. Identify a challenge to persevere in with God’s strength..

    • Key Text: 2 Peter 1:6
    • Supporting Scripture: Hebrews 12:1
    • Focus: Enduring through life’s trials. Identify a challenge to persevere in with God’s strength.

10:15 AM: Step into a holy pause—a time to “remember the wonders He has done” (Psalm 105:5). Pastor Carl will guide us to reflect on God’s work these past 90 days, followed by an invitation to share living testimonies of His provision, healing, or breakthrough.

A Response of Praise and Unity

    • 10:45 AM: Lift your voice in jubilant worship, declaring “Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise!” (Psalm 145:3).
    • 11:00 AM: Pastor Carl will revisit the sermon’s heart, leading us to the Lord’s Table—a sacred moment to “proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes” (1 Corinthians 11:26).
    • 11:15 AM: Close united in prayer, surrendering our gratitude and futures to God, then seal this holy assembly with a final anthem of praise.

    Why This Matters

    • Witness His faithfulness: Testimonies ignite hope and “overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony” (Revelation 12:11).
    • Renew your awe: Communion re-centers us on Christ’s sacrifice, the ultimate blessing we celebrate.
    • Strengthen the body: As we “encourage one another and build each other up” (1 Thessalonians 5:11), we embody the Church as God intended.

Invite seekers and saints alike—all are welcome to behold God’s goodness.

“Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly…” (Colossians 3:16)
This isn’t just a schedule change—it’s a divine appointment. Come expectant.
