INSTRUCTIONS

1/ Bring a dish of food (potato salad, coleslaw, etc) or anything that you enjoy to share with everyone.

2/ Bring your own meat, burgers, hotdogs, etc that you want to grill. We have one grill. If you have a tabletop grill and willing to bring it that will make the cooking easier and faster for everyone.

3/ The pavilion has picnic tables, but if you bring lawn chairs that may make your life easier.

4/ The church will provide plates, cups, napkins, and plastic utensils. Also, bottled water and ice. We also will provide charcoal for the grill.

5/ We will begin arriving at 10 am, but will not begin grilling until 11 am or so.

6/ We will bring a corn hole game, and some other games. If you have something you would like to bring also, please do. There is a volleyball net next to the pavilion.

7/ We reserved the pavilion and they only offer one deal, all day long. So you are free to stay as long as you “beach bums” would like to but we are planning our fellowship and activities for 10 am until 2 pm.
